In the seventies, the agriculturist Mr. Fernando Allegro Llanos founded the Allegro y Cia company, and he started exporting nuts, almons, oaions garlic, and legumes, becoming a pioneer in the exporting of dried fruit. As yers have gone by, his path has been followed by Juan Villate Cortéz, and currently Maricio Villate Allegro.

          The firt markets that the company conquered in those years were Europe and Latinamerica. Quickly becoming one of the main exporting companies for the dried fruit markets.
